WELSH folk legend Martyn Joseph will perform classics and new tracks at St David’s Hall on November 29 as part of the Roots Unearthed series.
Starting at 8pm, Martyn will evoke emotive images, stories and feelings from beloved fan favourites to selections from his latest critically acclaimed album Sanctuary.
Martyn is gifted with the rare ability to speak from the soul with his expressive and poignant lyrics with a career spanning over 30 years, 32 albums, more than half a million record sales and thousands of live performances. His boundless versatility allows him to delve into the genres of folk, rock, soul, folk funk and Americana, whilst drawing comparisons from influential artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews and John Mayer.
