Iggy Azalea has admitted to having a nose job – but says there’s no problem with altering your body if that’s your choice.

The 25-year-old confirmed that she went under the knife to have her nose changed, but insisted people should never be “ashamed” of using plastic surgery if they wish to do so.

She told Seventeen magazine: “I’m not denying it. Denying it is lame. I don’t think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself, which is why I’ve spoken about the changes I’ve made, like with my breasts.

“Your perception of yourself can change a lot over time, so I think it’s important to wait and make sure it’s the right choice. Plastic surgery is an emotional journey.”

The Fancy singer revealed there are other areas of herself that she doesn’t like, but says she has learnt to “accept” those.

She outlined the difficult options faced by women in the public eye: “It’s no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself – and it’s no easy feat to change yourself. Either way you look at it, it’s a tough journey.

“There are things that I didn’t like about myself that I changed through surgery. There are other things I dislike but I’ve learned to accept. It’s important to remember you can’t change everything. You can never be perfect.”

Back in March, the Australian rapper revealed in an interview with Vogue that she’d also had a boob job. When asked about what she would change about her figure, the rapper opened up, saying: “I did change something: Four months ago, I got bigger boobs! I’d thought about it my entire life.”

Iggy admitted she hadn’t wanted to reveal she’d been under the knife because she was concerned about her fans and make them body conscious.

But the star changed her mind and decided to be open about the surgery, explaining that she “wasn’t into secret-keeping”.
