Dirty Rotten Scoundrels was a show that definitely didn’t disappoint. The story takes you back to the French Riviera, involving con men, beautiful women and deception.

Michael Praed as Lawrence Jameson was played brilliantly as you follow him on his tales of trickery and fraud.  He combines all the elements of sophistication and suave with a good dash of mischief to create a highly entertaining character.

Noel Sullivan as Freddy Benson was a rival for Lawrence Jameson as they both compete to extract fifty thousand dollars from the character Christine Colgate. A comical battle persists where Noel’s dancing and singing was superb.

Mark Benton as Andre Thibault was hilarious having the audience in fits of giggles as he tries to woo and entice the character Muriel Eubanks.  His French accent was spot on and only added to the humor of the show.

The female main characters with Geraldine Fitzgerald as Muriel Eubanks and Carley Stenson as Christine Colgate played their strong characters well and sang their hearts out.

Jam-packed with costumes, dancing and singing, this is a show where you can’t help but get drawn in.

This show is a must see and continues until Saturday August 22.
