Three years ago in July 2012, Frank Ocean released a really good album, titled Channel Orange. That’s not just our humble opinion either – it received rave reviews from The Guardian, The Independant, NME, Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and Slant Magazine just to name a few.

Then in February 2013, Frank confirmed he was working on a new concept album inspired by the Beach Boys, the Beatles and Stevie Wonder. We started getting pretty excited.

So we waited. And we waited some more.

Earlier this year, Frank FINALLY posted this cryptic message on this Tumblr account, with the hashtags “#ALBUM3″ and “#JULY2015″. Excitement grew as fans gathered that his follow-up album, rumoured to be titled Boys Don’t Cry, was coming in July.

“I got two versions. I got twooo version…

But there are now just three days left in July and Ocean-ites are starting to lose faith. When will Frank stop playing hard to get and drop that sweet, sweet Channel Orange follow-up?

Some fans are beginning to lose faith.

Others are getting impatient.

People are trying to make light of the situation, even though it really hurts.

This is no laughing matter. But this joke is pretty funny.

We’ve still got our fingers crossed that Frank’s gonna drop that record soon.

THIS WOMAN IS SO UPSET SHE’S DOING AN ANGRY DANCE. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE DRIVEN PEOPLE TO, FRANK.
