INSP Ben Bond

Hi, I am Ben Bond, the Neighbourhood Inspector for Bedwas and Ystrad Mynach. I joined the Metropolitan Police Service in 1999 and served as a PC and Sergeant in Lambeth and Wandsworth Boroughs respectively. During my time in London I worked in variety of roles including Response Policing, a Crime Task Force, Neighbourhood Policing, Custody and in a Borough Control Room. I joined Gwent Police in 2010 and I have worked in Response Policing, Project Work, CID, Neighbourhood Policing and Neighbourhood Support. I look forward to leading my team and working with my community and partners in reducing crime and antisocial behaviour in the area.

Hi, I'm Sarah Greening and I'm the Sergeant for Ystrad Mynach and Bedwas. I look forward to engaging with the public and leading my officers in an effort to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.

Hi, I am PC Stuart Lewis and I am the Crime and Disorder Reduction Officer for Caerphilly and Bedwas. I joined Gwent Police in 2001 and my previous role was as a Neighbourhood officer for the Bedwas, Trethomas and Machen ward.

PC Carl Morgan

Hi, my name is Carl Morgan and I’m a PC working in the Bedwas Neighbourhood Policing Team. I have worked for Gwent Police since 2000 and in this time I have worked in the Caerphilly Local Policing Unit, covering Risca, Ystrad Mynach and Blackwood areas. I have experience working with CID and Response Policing and have also worked as a temporary Sergeant.

Hi I am Lisa and I have been a Community Support Officer with Gwent since 2003. I have taken ownership of my ward and deal with any problems that my community have.

CSO Claire Robinson

Hi, I am CSO Claire Robinson and I am the Community Support Officer for the Bedwas, Trethomas and Machen ward. I joined Gwent Police in 2012, and prior to this I worked for an insurance company where I held a variety of roles, ranging from health and safety coordinator, to quality control assistant.

Hi, I am CSO Joss Evans and I have been a Community Support Officer working in Bedwas since the June 2012. I work a Thursday, Friday and Saturday and cover all areas of Bedwas Neighbourhood Policing Team.

CSO Jonathan Spokes

Hi, I am Jonathan Spokes and I am the Community Support Officer for the St James ward. I joined Gwent Police in 2008 and have worked in Neighbourhood Policing in Newport Central in the past.
