PS Gareth Jones
I have been a police officer for 23 years and a sergeant for 13 years. I started my career in The Metropolitan Police Service serving in Chelsea and Streatham before transferring to Gwent in 1994. I have experience in all front line policing fields as well as spending time as a police Training Sergeant , Custody Sergeant and Temporary Inspector at Tredegar. I have spent the majority of my service in the Rhymney Valley since my promotion. I was proud to develop the first training package for CSO's in Gwent in 2003, (the first in Wales) and trained many of the first officers.
PC Stuart Lewis
