More heavy snow falls on Gwent - Weds 23rd Jan (From Campaign Series)

• "Funny how all the staff in leisure centres can get into work, like the rest of us, but schoolteachers cant!
  I find it really annoying that my schoolteacher neighbour cant even be bothered to clear the dusting of snow off her car to attempt the journey into work for the fourth day now, yet galavants off shopping without hesitation at 9-30 and presumably whilst still being paid.
  And can someone please define a 'non-essential journey' that keeps getting bandied round by the police etc? If you didnt need to go somewhere in the first place, then surely you wouldn't go!"
