A MAN was fined after failing to provide a specimen of breath to test for drink driving.
Neil Dunford, 33, of Ebbw Court, Woodward Road, Cross Keys, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis on March 17, at Caerphilly Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Dunford was given a 14-month driving ban, with the potential of it being reduced by 14 weeks if he takes a drink drive rehabilitation course.
He was fined £110, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £25 victim surcharge.
