FIRECREWS are en-route to crashes caused by ice this morning - one in Pontllanfriath and one in Newbridge.

A vehicle is on its roof in Pontllanfriath after crashing on an icy road. Fire crews are assessing occupants of the vehicle.

Another accident was caused by ice on Woodland Drive, Newbridge.
