Missing Llanhilleth man, 76, is found in garden

UPDATE: 12.52pm

GWENT Police have confirmed that the missing Lllnahilleth man, David Snook has been found in a garden in Llanhilleth at around 11.00am today. When found he was conscious but suffering from the effects of exposure. His family have been informed and Mr Snook is now being taken to hospital to be treated.

UPDATE: 9.04pm

A POLICE appeal has been launched for information to help locate a 76-year-old man who went missing on Boxing Day.

Officers from Gwent Police are appealing for information to help locate David Snook from Llanhilleth, who was last seen at 1pm on Boxing Day at the village’s Hafodarthen Road.

He is described as being 5 foot 3 inches tall, white, wearing glasses, as having some grey hair and of slight build,.

He was last seen wearing a blue pullover, jeans, brown shoes but no coat.
