"people want less councils. They waste taxpayers money on new building for themselves while services decrease, this will happen again. So less councillors would be a start, but keep the councils we have now. we were better off when Islwyn was not a apart of Caerphilly. Do all council need individual services, could they be centralised to save money. Community charge is rising, councillors rates rising, but peoples pay is not. this cannot keep happening."
