CCTV image released following dog death burglary

THE image of a man has been captured on CCTV following a burglary at a commercial premises on Graddfa Industrial Estate, Llanbradach, Caerphilly.

Gwent Police say the burglary involved three men entering the site on foot on May 11 when various parts of vehicles were stolen including catalytic converters and alloy wheels. They are appealing for information about the incident or the man pictured.

Two 14-month-old German Shepherd dogs, which were family pets, were in the yard at the time.

The dogs were discovered dead locked in the back of a scrapped car on site having apparently died of heat exhaustion.

Anyone with any information about the incident or anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to ring 101 or Crimestopppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting log 56 12/05/14
