A MAN who is wanted by police wrote “catch me if you can” below a Gwent Police Facebook appeal for him – and had posted his mobile number just hours before on his open profile.
Gwent Police posted an appeal on Facebook to find 19-year-old Logan Rhys James from the Caerphilly area who breached his licence after being out of prison just one week.
James, who received an eight month sentence for affray, commented on the police’s Facebook post with “catch me if you can wont see me slipping”.
Just 19 hours previously James had posted his mobile number on his Facebook, which is not set to private and anyone can view.
Gwent Police want to find James, who was released from prison on Friday, February 6, and recall him to prison for breaching his licence conditions.
Logan is known to have contacts in the Caerphilly and Barry areas.
If you have any information relating to the whereabouts of Logan, and think you can assist police with locating him, please call 101, quoting log 294 11/02/15 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
