RAIN: Newport, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Torfaen and Caerphilly have all been warned to expect heavy rain at 9am-8pm tomorrow.
A SEVERE weather warning has been issued by the Met Office for Gwent.
Newport, Blaenau Gwent, Monmouthshire, Torfaen and Caerphilly have all been warned to expect heavy rain at 9am-8pm tomorrow.
It is forecast that there will be outbreaks of rain, heavy at times with a risk of thunder, with 20 or 30mm of rainfall.
There may be localised flooding where the heaviest rain occurs.
