A CAERPHILLY training scheme is asking people who are looking for a career in the film industry to come to their 2017 launch today.
It’s My Shout is a scheme in Wales that works with communities to create films and nurture new talent.
The launch, which takes place today in Newbridge Memo at 5.30pm, will provide the opportunity for those with an interest in film and television to gain experience through creating short films.
Those who are interested in acting, video, sound, lighting, design, costume, hair, makeup and photography are invited to attend the launch.
In the run up to the film production, workshops and training with industry mentors will be organised in all aspects of film-making in the area.
These will be free and open to anyone who wants to get involved in the film.
It’s My Shout is open to those of all ages and experiences.
