A BUS DRIVER has been found not guilty of causing the death of a woman by careless driving.
A jury at Newport Crown Court decided that Nigel Davies, 29, of Lewis Street, Ystrad Mynach, was not guilty of the charge by a unanimous verdict. He had previously pleaded not guilty.
Rashida Ali died after being hit by the bus, driven by Nigel Davies on the afternoon of Friday September 23.
