WITH the wake of of ex-Hurricane Ophelia set to hit Gwent with winds of up to 52mph, the skies over South Wales have turned an eerie orange colour.
Known as a 'hurricane sun', the hazy weather is understood to be the result of the tail-end of what was hurricane Ophelia heading for the UK.
It is thought that dust from Africa disturbed by Ophelia is causing the sky to have an unusual red tint.
