Who is your Caerphilly borough Dad-of-the-year?

THE CAMPAIGN and Redrow have teamed up to find Caerphilly Borough's Dad-of-the-Year with the lucky winner getting a family dinner and a round of golf.
Redrow - which has one of its Welsh developments at Glynderwen Meadows in Oakdale - is asking the people of Caerphilly to help them celebrate family life once again by searching for the borough's best dad.
Debby Pavitt, sales director, at Redrow, said: "Just like mums, dads are a really important part of family life.
To have an active and hands on dad is a wonderful thing for any family. Earlier this year, we honoured the mums and now we're looking for Caerphilly Borough's wonderful dads. So please do let us know who they are!
Caerphilly's dad of the year will win dinner for the family and a round of golf at Bryn Meadows Hotel, Golf & Spa. He will also have a trophy, courtesy of Redrow.
To apply, please tell us in around 200 words why the dad you know is so special. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a drinks reception at Glynderwen meadows at the end of June.
Debby added: "Glynderwen Meadows is just the place to bring all these fantastic dads together around Father's Day.
It represents the very best of time-honoured traditions and yet is perfect for modern living - a bit like a great dad really.
