 A CHILD abuser from Blackwood who broke the terms of his licence after being released from prison has been arrested.

He was arrested in the Cardiff area and will be returned to the prison authorities.

Ross Kalies, 56, was released from prison in February while serving a three and a half year prison sentence for sexual offences against children.

Kalies was convicted in January 2009 and October 2009 at Cardiff crown court, police said.
