A MUM is trying to raise £7,000 for a hospital baby unit in memory of her son who was still born.
Claire Hart, of Bryn Rhedyn, Caerphilly has set up Kaden's Trust in memory of her son Kaden who was stillborn in February last year.
Mum-of-two Mrs Hart wants to raise money for a heart monitor for the baby unit at the Heath Hospital in Cardiff where Mrs Hart works.
So far the family have raised £3,278 from various events with the last event a family fun day at Van Community Centre, Caerphilly raising around £400.
There were more than 100 people at the event in August where they had face painting, an auction, lucky dip, a raffle and much more.
Mrs Hart will be holding another charity event in February next year to mark Kaden's birthday.
