Robert Hitchins Group has appointed Herbert R Thomas as its joint letting and sale agents for Castlegate Business Park in Caldicot.

The South Wales-based commercial agents will jointly market the site with Knight Frank. The park is already home to Mitel Networks Ltd, Siemens plc, Microsemi Semiconductor Ltd, Indigo Telecom Group Ltd and Megachem (UK) Ltd

Castlegate Business Park extends to approximately 260,000 sq ft and provides a range of office, production and warehouse accommodation from 500 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.

Robert Hitchins Group is currently investing in the provision of a gymnasium and improvements to the existing cafeteria for use by all tenants.

The park has extensive parking and 24-hour security and is an already established mixed-use location.
