Newport-based conveyancing specialists Convey Law has been declared the best conveyancing company in England and Wales at the 2014 Times and Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards.

The property lawyers won Best Large Conveyancing provider, the Best Overall UK Conveyancing provider and conveyancer Geraint Aubrey was runner-up in the Best Individual Conveyancer category.

The competition for best conveyancer was strongly contested, with some of the country’s most highly-respected property lawyers entering the awards.

This award ends a great year for the firm. Earlier in the year, it won Best Direct Conveyancer 2014 at the LSF Conveyancing Awards as a result of its marketing and sales products. It was also shortlisted and highly commended for Best Business Structure, Best Compliance and Best use of Technology at the Modern Law Awards in October.

The company celebrates its 10th anniversary in December 2014, signing off the year with some of the highest of accolades that the industry has to offer.

In 2006 Convey Law implemented a revolutionary way of undertaking conveyancing which focussed on high levels of communication and put customer service at the forefront of its offering.

The company will launch its new revolutionary training plan in 2015 which will enable members of staff to progress from legal assistants to fully qualified conveyancers in very short timescales and with incremental salary increases.
