Roberts & Co is giving local home owners five grand reasons to place their house for sale with the Gwent estate agent.
The agent, which has 11 offices and dotted throughout Gwent, hopes it will be helping to boost the property market by offering a cash prize to the winner of its competition.
Roberts & Co, established since 2002, is inviting all those who place their home for sale with them from the start of 2015 until the end of February (2015) to be entered into a free draw with a £5,000 first prize.
Mark Roberts, managing director of Roberts & Co, said: “We’re doing our bit to give the local housing market some impetus by having this competition. Perhaps there are people out there who have been looking for the right moment to place their home on the market. We’re hopeful that by offering this £5,000 cash prize it may well encourage the undecided to put their house on the market with us.”

The winner will be announced after a name is drawn from a hat at Roberts & Co head office in Bridge Street, Newport, on Friday, March 6.
