Award-winning local accountancy firm Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors, based in Cwmbran, held a car wash for St David's Hospice Care and raised £565 for the charity.
Staff members worked in shifts throughout the day and cleaned around 50 cars.
The charity was chosen by Green & Co employee Barrie Kenyon after St David's helped with his father’s hospice care. St David's works to support people with life threatening conditions, along with their families.
Nick Park, director at Green & Co, said: "It's a great charity and such a worthy cause. Our staff are always extremely enthusiastic to engage in the charity events we hold three times a year. We would also like to thank local businesses BrandNuCreative, Ottimo Digital, Therapi Tylino, GP Auto Services and D J Decorators for helping make the day happen. Luckily we had the sun shining for us."
