GROUND-breaking restaurant Mojo TheFoodBar is bringing a taste of Dubai to south Wales.

The fine dining and cocktails restaurant, at Clarence Place, Newport, will celebrate its first year with the launch of its Bottomless Brunch.

The edgy restaurant, which delivered a taste of London’s Hipster Shoreditch food scene to Newport when it opened last August, has pushed the boundary over the past 12 months.

Now it’s spreading its offering even further afield.

Never afraid to try something new, whether it be food or drink, Mojo The FoodBar is inviting customers to join them for its Bottomless Brunch

Co-owners Lewis Lewis and Seng Koh said: “Our Bottomless Brunch will be a whole lot of fun. It’ll combine fine dining brunch dishes and sharing plates with unlimited Prosecco and cocktails.

“It’s a style of dining and socialising which is extremely popular in Dubai. It’s a mainstay in people’s social calendars there, as once a month they gather at specific restaurants to enjoy the leisurely brunch, drinks and a natter with friends and business associates.

“We’ll be hosting our first Bottomless Brunch on Saturday, August 6 and then roll them out once every month after that. We’re confident that the Bottomless Brunch will prove very popular with our customers as much as they are in Dubai.”

Head chef Rob Evans has created a menu of medium-size dishes and sharing hot plates which will be complimented by house mixologist Christos Kyriakidis, who will be on hand to create his unique, bespoke cocktails using the best quality ingredients.

Guests can choose from one, two or three courses with limitless Prosecco and a choice of cocktails, for the three-course package.

The Bottomless Brunch starts at 11.30am with last orders at 3.30pm. Prices range from £27 to £47. Guests will have their table for one hour and 20 minutes.
