Unused office space in a building owned by Celtic Manor Resort Ltd is currently being marketed in a bid to find new tenants.

Savills and JLL have been jointly instructed by Celtic Manor Resort Limited to market the former Alcatel-Lucent office space situated within Coldra Woods, just off J24 of the M4.

Celtic Manor Resort Limited originally bought the 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sq m) offices in 2015 and have since occupied part of the space as support services to the hotel.

In addition, Wesley Clover has taken also occupation of a 28,000 sq ft (2,601 sq m) innovation centre providing a property solution for various companies and organisations.

There is currently just over 36,000 sq ft (3,344 sq m) of office space available to let in Coldra Woods, located over the ground and lower ground floors of the building at a quoting rent of £10 per sq ft (£107 per sq m). The property also benefits from an unrivalled car parking ratio of one space per 216 sq ft.
