The UK’s fastest growing locker manufacturer, the Ice Locker Group, has made a number of key appointments as the company looks to expand across the UK and Europe.

The Ice Locker Group consists of Craftsman Lockers and Garran Lockers.

Ian Louis-Fernand has been appointed as national sales manager for Craftsman Lockers, which manufactures wooden lockers and ancillary changing room furniture for golf clubs, hotels, spas, leisure centres and private leisure clubs.

Ian is based in the Cambridgeshire-office and will be responsible for all Craftsman Lockers sales and customer service.

Ian has extensive experience in both national and regional sales across a number of key accounts and will look to strengthen the group’s penetration within the spa, health and leisure and professional sports industry.

He said: “I am very excited about my role within Craftsman Lockers offering clients a bespoke service with the support from an experienced and talented professional team of experts based at our head office in St Neots. My 25 years’ experience in golf, leisure and spa gives me a great advantage in understanding our clients and their members’ needs.”

Aaron Grant has been appointed as area sales manager for sister company Garran Lockers, which designs and manufactures top quality steel lockers for catering and green keeping staff, emergency services, education and leisure facilities from its facilities in Caerphilly, South Wales.

Aaron, who lives in Telford, has more than 14 years sales and customer service experience and will be responsible for Garran Lockers’ customers in the Midlands and North of England.

He said: “Since starting my role, my goal has been to meet as many of our customers face to face to understand their specific requirements and help their businesses expand, whilst meeting customers’ expectations.”

Managing director Philip Lawrence said: “This is an incredibly exciting time for the Ice Locker Group.

“Following the merger of Craftsman Lockers and Garran Lockers in 2016, the group has seen a substantial increase in orders from existing and new customers across the UK.

“By looking at a number of new technologies in coatings and design, the Group is looking to maximise both space and functionality for its wide range of customers.

“Both Ian and Aaron have been tasked with helping us deliver not just innovation, but excellent customer service as we grow our footprint across the UK and Europe. I am delighted with their progress so far and we will be looking to announce a number of contract wins and new products over the coming weeks.”
