Caerphilly-based Constructaquote.com, a leading UK insurance broker, has announced a 72.5 per cent pre-tax profit increase from £411k to £709k for the year ending September 30, 2016.
The organic growth comes as a result of a pioneering and solid development strategy drive across its direct and wholesale insurance business.

Company turnover of the Caerphilly-based firm in South Wales jumped to £10.77m (2015: £7.77m) and administration expenses increased from £1.46m to £1.65m in 2016. Operating profit jumped to £663k compared to £348k in 2015. 
“Innovation is a key driver in everything we do. My teams are building recurring revenues by growing our key accounts as we continue to provide business insurance, van insurance, public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance to both SMEs and large organisations,” said Wood.
Constructaquote.com specialises in insurance for businesses from construction/tradespeople to consulting firms as well as for vans and fleets. It provides insurance to more than750 different trades and has helped more than 150,000 companies with their insurance.
