One of Newport's most iconic buildings is on the market with offers being sought of more than £300,000.
The Art Deco former Odeon cinema, at Clarence Place, in Newport city centre is being marketed by Hicks, Day, Jones and Westlake and is for sale with full vacant possession.
The grade II listed building is detached and has seen recent substantial external refurbishment work, according to the Cardiff-based selling agents.
The building, which sits opposite Newport's cenotaph within easy walking distance of the city centre and the Friars Walk development, is on an 0.3 acre site and has a net internal area of 13,093 sq ft.
Since it closed as a cinema, the building has been used as a church and an entertainment venue among other things.
