Evans Halshaw, the UK’s leading volume motor car retailer, has announced recruitment plans for at least 13 new jobs in Newport.
The announcement follows the introduction of Move Me Closer, Evans Halshaw’s successful new Click and Collect service, which launched earlier this year.
As result, the firm is looking for experienced people across the business to help spearhead growth in the Newport area.
In total, it expects to recruit more than of 189 people nationally including those in the Newport area.
Victoria Sengonca, head of resourcing at Evans Halshaw, said: “It’s great when we are able to create new jobs within the local community, particularly one which might have been affected by business closures. We’re always looking for talented people to grow our expanding team.”
With more than 130 locations across England, Scotland and Wales, Evans Halshaw is the UK’s largest volume selling car retailer.
