Cordant People, part of nationwide recruitment giant, Cordant Recruitment, is expanding its office network in Wales following record growth at its existing Newport branch.
The company has just opened new offices in Cardiff and Swansea following a 300 per cent growth at its Newport office in Bridge Street.
Specialising in general staffing recruitment, Cordant People is looking to employ a total of 20 staff across its two new offices to fill a rising number of client job vacancies for permanent and temporary roles.
The two new offices increase the company’s branch network to a total of ten locations across Wales and the South-West, making it one of the largest agencies in the region.
Parent company, Cordant Recruitment, also operates a growing number of contracts in Wales for nationwide companies such as Greggs, UKMail and Rentokil, which are also driving additional staffing demands for Cordant People.
Paul Millward, regional director, will oversee the development of the new Welsh offices.
He has more than 15 year's experience in recruitment across a number of management roles and specialises in multi-sector recruitment.
He said: “This is an exciting time in recruitment. We want to get to know as many local employers and candidates as possible, so do come and visit us at our new offices, or give us a call.”
