Newport-based Roberts has been named Wales Estate Agency of the Year.
The company, which has branches across Gwent, picked up the award at The Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2016 at a ceremony held in London and hosted by Spandau Ballet bassist and actor Martin Kemp along with newsreader Penny Smith.
Katie Darlow, of Roberts, said: "We were delighted to receive this award. All the member of the Roberts team worked hard and provided a wonderful service throughout 2016, which all assisted us in achieving this prestigious award."
Award winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of industry experts, beginning with an assessment of entry submissions.
The judges also conducted an extensive review of the entrants including more than 150 hours of phone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises.
The judging was overseen by The Property Ombudsman Katrine Sporle and president of the NAEA David Mackie acted as arbiter.
