The South East Wales Business Show is all set to take place at Chepstow Racecourse next month, with the aim of encouraging businesses to meet potential clients while joining together to build relationships and grow.

The event is being organised by Beverley Jones, from Awaken, who said: "It is often said business is done with those we like and trust so what better way to get your 2017 off to positive start by meeting new people with whom you can do just that."

The show will be opened by Nick Ramsay AM for Monmouthshire. It will start with a networking breakfast at which the keynote speaker will be TV business correspondent Sarah Dickins.

Beverley Jones said: "With more than 50 exhibition stands and eight seminars taking place throughout the day, there is bound a business that can offer you any assistance you need for your year ahead.

"There are many shows across South Wales but I feel that Monmouthshire is missing out. It is my aim to bring together businesses and visitors from South Wales, Bristol, Hereford and Gloucestershire who can link up to grow their business to its full potential in the year ahead.

"I am also thrilled that in doing so we can all give something back as through each Awaken event in 2017 we will be donating monies from stand and ticket sales to Ty Hafan Children’s Hospice."

There are still a number of exhibition stands available and, as this is the launch year, stands are on sale for £100, which includes a clothed table, a 6ft by 4ft space and one ticket to the networking breakfast. Sponsorship packages are also available and start at just £250.
