Independent Jaguar specialist Sterling Jags has relocated to Cwmbran to larger premises to accommodate its servicing and sales services.
Keen to provide easy access to established and new clients across South Wales and the South West of England, Stirling Jags signed a three-year lease and moved into an 3,598 sq ft industrial unit on Llantarnam Business Park, near Cwmbran town centre.
David Williams, of Sterling Jags, said: "Our new unit is perfect for us. The location is great and itβs the perfect size. We are very pleased with the whole experience of working with M4 Property Consultants who have helped and guided us throughout this whole process, from the first telephone call I made, to key handover.β
Dan Smith, director of M4 Property Consultants, said: "We are pleased to have been able to find a tenant for this unit. Llantarnam Business Park remains a desirable location for a plethora of businesses due to its accessibility, and will be an ideal setting for Sterling Jags. Demand for quality industrial space in Cwmbran is particularly high now with other industrial estates such as Springvale, also in Cwmbran, nearly fully occupied. We are very happy that Sterling Jags have found something that suits their needs.β
Llantarnam Business Park is home to a range of industrial and trade counter style operators including Screwfix, RMS, Thunder Road Motorcycles, PTS and many more. It provides good access to the M4 with junctions 25 and 26 approximately four miles away.
