Michelin starred chef Hywel Jones, who hails from Newport, is set to be the guest of the first City of Newport Business Club event of the season.
The executive chef at Lucknam Park, near Chippenham, Wiltshire, will be giving a demonstration of his skills at the event on September 28 at the Celtic Manor Resort.
Hywel Jones is also the patron of the Tiny Rebel Newport Food and Drink Festival, which is being held in the city on October 7.
Recently-elected chairman of the business club Janet Harris said: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming Hywel, a chef at the very top of his profession, to the Celtic Manor and seeing him do what he does best.”
