How many other 'Principal Towns' are there going to be in the County? Is Risca now the Capital of Islwyn ? It's all C**P from the council. It's still the forgotten town of Caerphilly County even if it's the second largest. Any investment will still go to the Rhymney Valley, they've bleed the Western Valley dry.

When did the railway go to newport?
From blackwood to risca there is nothing for the children provided by caerphilly cbc because they spent 90 million in bargoed and it is only places like ystrad mynach who get facilities. Is cllr james saying get on the train and go to cardiff if you want to do something?
