Police hunt teenager for breaching prison licence
POLICE are hunting a teenager who has breached his licence conditions.
Logan Rhys James, 19, from the Caerphilly area was released from prison on February 6, 2015, after he was sentenced to eight months imprisonment for affray on July 31, 2014. James has been recalled to prison for breaching his licence conditions.
He is known to have contacts in the Caerphilly and Barry areas.
