A TEENAGER man who breached his licence conditions after being released from prison has been arrested by police.

Officers were searching for Logan Rhys James, from the Caerphilly area, who breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on February 6 this year.

The 19-year-old was arrested in Caerphilly at about 5.20pm this evening.

James, who had received an eight month sentence for affray, responded on the Gwent Police’s Facebook post appealing for information in tracking him down with the comment “catch me if you can wont see me slipping”.

Just 19 hours previously James had posted his mobile number on his Facebook, which was not set to private and anyone could view.

Superintendent Marc Budden of Gwent Police said they would like to thank the public, the media "and Mr James himself for drawing attention to our efforts to return him to prison.”

He is currently in police custody.
