Appeal after shoppers tried to use fake Scottish £20 notes at Boots, Iceland, Greggs and and Poundstretcher
OFFICERS are re-appealing for information after people have tried to use fake Scottish £20 notes at shops in Gwent over the last couple of weeks.
Boots, Iceland and Scooby Pet Supplies in Abertillery were all targeted with Card Factory, Boots, Store 21, Home Bargains, Greggs, Savers, Iceland, Aldis and Poundstretcher in Ebbw Vale.
Peacocks in Brynmawr, and Staples, Sainsbury's and Texaco in Newport were also targeted.
