GRASSROOTS sports groups and organisations have just hours left to apply for their share of a £10,000 Community Sport Fund from Brace's Bread.
The deadline is midnight tonight.
The family-owned bakery, has partnered with your South Wales Argus to offer Brace’s Community Sport Fund grants of £250 to £500 to small sports organisations in South East Wales and the Valleys.
The grants are open to all types of sports groups from traditional football and rugby organisations through to boules and dance groups and could help everything from kit sponsorship and new sports equipment to sports events and training for coaches.
Scott Richardson, Brace’s chief executive officer, said: “We want to give as many clubs as possible a share of cash that will help them continue the fantastic work they are doing for grassroots sport right on our doorstep. If you haven’t yet applied, hurry. We can’t wait to hear from you.”
Interested sports groups and organisations can apply at bracesbakery.co.uk.
