POLICE are appealing for information on a “high risk” teenager who has been reported missing from the Blackwood area.
Chavika Akehurst,16, was last seen by carers at 8.15pm on Saturday, May 28 in Blackwood when she left her home address.
She has not been seen since and her current whereabouts are unknown.
She is described as a white female who is 5ft 1in tall and of large build with shoulder length brown hair with blonde ends.
The teen was wearing a khaki Parker jacket, red jacket, a black jumper, black leggings, Nike trainers with white bottoms and carrying a red / mustard rucksack and plastic sports bag.
Police also state she speaks with an English accent and that dedicated, specialist resources are investigating her disappearance.
