Police appeal after cash machines 'tampered with' in Newport
POLICE want to speak to these men after cash machines in Newport and across Gwent were reportedly tampered with.
They suspect the internal belt inside the machine has been adjusted to stop money being dispensed.
This allows people to return to the machine a short time later and remove the cash from inside the machine.
To date machines in Abertillery, Blackwood and Newport have been attacked.
Police are asking members of the public to be vigilant as the appearance of the ATM machine remains unchanged except for two small scratches on the shutter which dispenses the money.
