Man dies after crash on Croespenmaen Industrial Estate in Oakdale
A MAN has died following a fatal crash this morning on Croespenmaen Industrial Estate in Oakdale.
The sole occupant of the car, a 30-year-old man from Oakdale, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A Gwent Police spokeswoman said: "Officers were called to a fatal crash that occurred at 7am this morning on Croespenmaen Industrial Estate.
"The collision involved a single vehicle; a yellow Peugeot 306.
"The sole occupant, a 30 year old man from Oakdale, was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene.
"Officers are supporting the family at this difficult time.
"Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to call 101 quoting log 48 10/01/17."
