Man fined after leaving litter under his car at KFC
A MAN has been fined £370 after being caught littering at an Ebbw Vale branch of KFC.
Tadeusz Bartkiewiez, of Morlais Street, Merthyr Tydfil, left cardboard waste underneath his car at the restaurant before driving off on October 27 last year.
The 28 year-old, who did not appear at Cwmbran Magistrates’ Court yesterday, had been convicted of the single offence on April 24 this year but the hearing had been adjourned.
Chief magistrate Gillian Gibbs also ordered Bartkiewiez to pay court costs and a victim surcharge.
