Risca residents to vote on council

PEOPLE in Risca have the chance to cast their vote about the creation of two new community councils in the area.
The ballot on Thursday July 5 between 4pm and 9pm will ask voters if they think community councils should be established to serve the Risca East and Risca West areas of the town.
Letters have been sent to all eligible votes advising them of their nearest polling station.
