Woman fined £885 for failing to clear up dog waste
A woman has been ordered to pay £885 after failing to clear up dog mess in her garden.
Sayra Ahmed, of Cypress Road, was found to have breached a council order seven times between August and January this year.
Ahmed did not attend Colchester Magistrates’ Court and the case was heard in her absence.
She received a £350 fine and was ordered to pay costs of £500 and a £35 victim surcharge.
