AEGON UK and Prudential both announced new distribution agreements yesterday, as insurers jostle to take advantage of the new liberalised advice regime. Scottish Equitable will exclusively provide pensions to St James Place, following a similar tie-up announced last month with Zurich. Prudential has also signed exclusive agreements with both Zurich and St James Place to provide annuities, and will become a "multi-tie" panel member for two IFA networks, Burns Anderson and Tenet.
