A LIITTER pick held as part of National Community Litter Pick Day, saw 14 volunteers collect 29 large bags of litter from the town centre.
A second town centre litter pick, on Sunday 29th March, saw 16 hardy litter pickers brave the wind and rain and fill 26 large bags.
The streets in and around the town centre are looking a lot cleaner now that 55 bags of litter have been removed. Thank you to all volunteers for giving up their time to help make their community a cleaner, more pleasant place to live.
National Community Litter Pick Day was held on March 21.
