BERNARD Jackman has stayed true to his pledge to be open with Dragons supporters by giving a glimpse into pre-season training at Ystrad Mynach.
The head coach, who took the reins from Kingsley Jones in June, has been putting his new charges through their paces ahead of the start of the Guinness PRO14 season on the first weekend of September.
The Irishman has been happy for supporters to watch from the stands in Ystrad Mynach while he has also posted videos on Twitter of the squad’s hard toil.
