MARK Wallace has forced his way back into the Glamorgan side for the county championship encounter with Worcester in Cardiff on Sunday.

The wicket-keeper from Abergavenny was dropped after the 10-wicket defeat to Leicestershire in Glamorgan’s Division Two opener.

The county have subsequently drawn against Derbyshire and lost heavily to Kent in Canterbury last week.

Wallace, meanwhile, has got his head down and thrived with the seconds, scoring two consecutive centuries with the second helping secure a thrilling win against Surrey at Guildford.

Opener James Kettleborough drops out of the 12-man squad with Cwmbran left-hander Will Bragg, who has made an encouraging start to the campaign, moving up the order. Chris Cooke had taken the gloves in Wallace’s absence.

South African batsman Colin Ingram will miss the next three Division Two matches after already being absent for the opening hat-trick of four-day games.
