FORMER Newport Gwent Dragons lock Luke Charteris is out of Wales' Six Nations clash with England at Twickenham.

Scarlets star Jake Ball takes his place.

Charteris, who now plays for Perpignan, has a neck injury.

The reshuffle means a place on bench for Dragons skipper Andrew Coombs.
